From the meeting
At its August 25, 2026 meeting the Board reviewed the Columbia County Wellness Hub proposal and was told the team will submit grant applications totaling $43 million. Board discussion focused on missing items needed before SEQRA review, including water and sewer service proof, an ACOE wetlands jurisdictional decision, and easements for the access road. The project team will meet with Ray Jurkowski and Rob Fitzsimmons before the next meeting to work through the EAF.
This is still in pre-approval grant and entitlement work.
