From the meeting
At its August 24, 2026 meeting, staff reported that Library Operations had reached the 90% construction documents (CD) milestone. The update indicates active design and planning work on a building project, but no award or vendor selection was stated. This is useful timing for design, construction management, and owner-rep follow-on conversations if the project moves into bid or build phases.
