From the meeting
At its August 19, 2026 meeting, the board discussed Aqua Fence or raising electrical and logistics as flood mitigation options. Mrs. Brown said she would work on getting quotes.
The concern was that another flood could delay opening if the downstairs electrical panels are affected, so the next step is still quote gathering and option review.
