From the meeting
At its August 19, 2026 meeting, Bill Mowry raised that the community center handicap ramp was believed to be not ADA compliant and should be 1 inch per foot. Scott Cruse said he had talked to an engineer to check into it. The village has not selected a fix yet, so this remains an open repair/compliance issue with possible engineering follow-on.

A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
