At its August 18, 2026 meeting, the Planning Commission heard a revised subdivision plan for 2065 W Strasburg Road that would create two new residential lots and one agricultural lot. Michael Baurley of Ryan Building Services Inc said future access would come from Cranberry Lane and that no development or improvement is included in this subdivision request. The commission said it could not recommend creating the lots without proof that access and improvements are feasible.
