At its August 18, 2026 meeting the board approved a proposal from A&L Blacktop Sealcoating, not to exceed $20,750, to sealcoat and repair the parking lot. The work was funded through the Capital Improvement Fund designation and the 2026-2027 operating budget was increased by the same amount. The parking lot was later reported as sealed and striped.
