From the meeting
An interim director of literacy and an interim director of teaching and learning were appointed for the district's network offices. This is a leadership change, not a procurement, but it can shape curriculum, instructional support, and future program spending. The relevant follow-up is how these interim leaders may influence priorities for literacy materials, coaching, or instructional technology.
