From the meeting
A Rain Garden item was listed as a project update, with J. Cameron speaking. The agenda gives no contract, vendor, or funding detail, so this is only a signal that the town is still working on stormwater or habitat-related green infrastructure.
A seller would need the next meeting materials to know whether design, materials, or maintenance support is coming.

A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
