THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The board approved agreements with Colfax Community Senior Citizens Center and The Gathering Place in Monroe to host meal service programs, each at $400 per month in rent. These agreements formalize ongoing use of community spaces for senior meals. While the rentals are small, food service, program management, and senior services vendors can see stable sites for potential programming, nutrition services, or equipment needs.
Each agreement specifies serving meals and rent of $400 per month.
