MOU allows CMSF to continue using remaining 2025 VSR Program funds ($370,695.25 as of April 30, 2026) under the 2025 budget, and, with District approval, to roll any 2025 funds remaining after December 31, 2026 into the 2026 VSR Program via an amendment. Any unexpended 2026 VSR funds as of December 31, 2027 must be returned by January 31, 2028, unless a 2027 VSR Program MOU is executed and CARB SEP administration approves retention for the 2027 program. The MOU itself expires December 31, 2030 unless terminated earlier on 30 days’ written notice by either party.
