Renewal

Initial term effective January 1, 2026, with automatic annual renewals unless terminated. Any party may terminate without cause with 90 days’ written notice before the end of the then-current term. Immediate termination rights exist for MFHC reporting failures (after 30 days’ cure), material breach (10 days’ cure), loss of Federally Qualified Health Center status, federal program exclusion, imminent danger to patients or accreditation risk, or failure to maintain required liability insurance. Obligations are subject to annual budgeting and appropriation by governmental parties.
