Renewal

Initial minimum term of 60 months from the first day of the month following the Effective Date, followed by automatic 12-month renewal terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the next renewal term. Pricing increases annually during the minimum term, and subscription may be canceled early only upon non-availability of government funds with proper documentation. Existing West Proflex and Westlaw Edge Oklahoma subscriptions will be lapsed upon commencement of this agreement.
