The Town of Santa Clara adopted Resolution 13 to implement NY Agriculture & Markets Law §109, directing all voluntary contributions made through dog licensing to Tri Lakes Humane Society Inc. Funds will be held in a dedicated municipal account and transferred annually, in addition to existing contractual funding for animal shelter services.
