Agreement term commences upon execution and remains in effect for subsequent tax years until the assessment is fully paid or the Town discontinues use of the Uniform Method via notice before January 10 of a tax year

Agreement continues automatically for subsequent tax years while the Town uses the Uniform Method. The Town may discontinue the Uniform Method and terminate the agreement by written notice to the Tax Collector, Property Appraiser, and Florida Department of Revenue before January 10 of a tax year, with termination effective for that or the following tax year depending on notice timing. The per-unit administrative charge may be unilaterally adjusted annually by the Tax Collector, subject to an objection and review process.
