Town OKs Youth Employment MOU with Capital Workforce

The East Hartford Town Council approved a resolution empowering the Mayor to execute contracts with Capital Workforce Partners to fund the 2026 Summer Youth Employment and Learning Program from July 1 through September 30, 2026.
