City Plans TIF Reimbursement Agreement With Kroger

The City of Delaware is considering a Tax Increment Financing reimbursement agreement with The Kroger Co. to fund repaving and reconstruction of Davidson Lane and Nutter Farm Lane using TIF revenues from the Kroger Marketplace parcel. The reimbursement would be paid solely from service payments in lieu of taxes deposited into the Glenn Road Commercial TIF fund, with no interest or general fund obligation.
