Initial 3-year term beginning January 1, 2027, with option to renew for an additional term on negotiated length and terms. Either party wishing not to renew must give at least one year’s written notice before term expiration. LESSEE may terminate if it ceases use for Fire and Rescue service with one year’s written notice, subject to prorated rent if termination effective between January 1 and June 30.
