School-Based Mental Health MOU With Community Services

Powhatan County Public Schools entered into an at-will Memorandum of Understanding with Goochland Powhatan Community Services to provide school-based outpatient mental health and case management services to students. The CSB will staff and supervise licensed clinicians on campus, billing insurance when possible while ensuring access regardless of ability to pay.

Renewal

MOU is at-will and may be modified by mutual consent; either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. The agreement will be reviewed and/or revised with all parties at least annually, creating an annual renewal opportunity.
