Pennington County LEMPG sub-recipient grant agreement

The South Dakota Department of Public Safety’s Office of Emergency Management is entering into a 2027 Local Emergency Management Performance Grant agreement with Pennington County for a yet-to-be-determined amount from FEMA’s EMPG funds. The one-year sub-recipient agreement will reimburse up to 50% of eligible emergency management salary and benefits, contingent on compliance with extensive federal and state grant conditions and completion of required preparedness and reporting activities.
