September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with option for additional one-year extensions subject to Board approval and May CPI increase

Agreement may be extended for additional one-year periods upon prior approval by both Boards of Education, with extensions subject to the May CPI increase published by the NYS Education Department. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice, and the IMA also terminates if RUFSD students no longer attend the destination points.
