Initial term runs through August 31, 2029, with the MOU to be reviewed on or before its renewal date. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties, though TJJD may unilaterally make minor administrative changes such as correcting errors, changing contract ID, or increasing the NTE amount for continuation of services.
