EDR Continuing Culvert Engineering Support in Franklin

The Town of Franklin Conservation Commission continues to work with Environmental Design and Research (EDR) on the Nicholas Drive/Prospect Street culvert stabilization and long-term replacement planning. EDR has completed delineation and survey work and will perform hydrologic and hydraulic studies as part of ongoing engineering services.
