Description

The Town of Arcadia plans to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority for construction of water mains and related improvements in Southwest Improvement Area Benefit Area No. 3, funded by a USDA Rural Utilities Service loan and grant. The Authority will act as the contractor under EJCDC C‑520 documents, with bidding requirements removed due to the public-public cooperative structure.
