South Coast AQMD staff propose a sole source purchase order with Agilent for one 8890 GC-FID System, in an amount not to exceed $55,000, to support laboratory evaluation of VOC air quality sensors under the AQ-SPEC Program. Funding will come from a budget transfer between Services and Supplies and Capital Outlays in the FY 2025-26 Monitoring and Analysis budget.
