Initial term runs 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30 and then automatically renews in one-year increments unless either party gives written non-renewal notice at least six months before the end of the current term. Either party may terminate effective at the end of a fiscal or calendar year, with BSA entitled to payment for services rendered.
