Consulting services with Co operative Building Solutions

Develop a scope for Phase 2. These site consulting services are under the provisions of Emerald's purchasing policy that allow Personal Service Contracts for Continuation of Work. The expectation late last year was that work on Phase 2 scope was to begin at the beginning of 2025 and would involve the following services. Work with local real estate brokers and EPUD staff to identify potential locations based on Facility Planning Study results. Evaluate potential sites based on geographic and service territory location, utility availability, meeting pre-established criteria, etc. Revise a site concept for the selected parcel of land and provide recommendation report identifying access, utilities, zoning, environmental, etc. Secure property under contract - begin due diligence period. Complete site due diligence with local preferred subcontractors. Close on property.
