Fort Bend County has approved an agreement with Zions Bancorporation, National Association to serve as paying agent and registrar for its 2026 Certificates of Obligation. The contract is for an amount less than $100,000 and will remain effective until terminated with 30 days notice following appointment of a successor. Zions Bancorporation will facilitate payment of principal and interest, manage registration duties, and handle related financial administration.
