Oakland Military Institute will annually engage an independent CPA firm to perform its financial audit in accordance with GAAP and Governmental Auditing Standards. The auditor must be licensed in California and included in the State Controller’s directory of qualified LEA auditors, with selection completed by March 1 each year.
