Renewal

Initial term of five years with renewal for additional five-year terms upon mutual written agreement; either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the County must provide the City a complete digital copy of Airport webpage content within thirty days and cooperate in transitioning to another hosting platform.
