Use Permit approval by City Council scheduled for September 9, 2026; playground must be constructed within one (1) year of Use Permit approval; permit nullified if school not established or building not erected within specified 1-2 year timeframes

Use Permit automatically expires if: building for authorized improvements is not erected within two years; no building permit is issued or use not established within twelve months of City Council approval; or if the private school does not use the property for the permitted purpose for a continuous two-year period. Permit may also be revoked for violation of any conditions or applicable laws.
