City Plans Hartford Income Continuation Insurance

Green Bay plans to implement Income Continuation Insurance managed by The Hartford through the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds starting January 1, 2027, providing employees 75% income replacement up to $120,000 with a 30-day waiting period and no current premium cost. The new program will replace the City’s existing long-term disability insurance.
