CONSTRUCTION

Twenty-four (24) months from effective date or until project completion including one-year warranty, whichever comes first

Interlocal agreement term is 24 months from effective date or until completion of the paving project and one-year warranty, whichever occurs first; either party may terminate with 90 days written notice, and amendments require written agreement and resolutions from both parties.
