The 30-second brief

What it covers

The City of Franklin and Charles River Associates executed Addendum No. 1 to COF Contract No. 2024-0347 in mid-January 2025, modifying the cybersecurity assessment engagement to incorporate the City’s standard terms, including background checks, nondiscrimination, data ownership, and liability provisions.
