Twenty-one (21) year period commencing on the date of the agreement

Agreement is effective for 21 years from execution date. Evaluations occur on the 1st anniversary and every fifth year following the first evaluation; failure to complete a required evaluation terminates the agreement. Either party may terminate with 90 days written notice. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
