Bluff City Recreation Agreement with Jr. Patriots

The Town of Bluff City plans to enter into a Recreation Agreement with Impact Community Center, d/b/a Jr. Patriots, granting use of the municipal ball fields for league activities. Jr. Patriots will maintain $1,000,000 liability insurance, assume field maintenance and utilities, and provide required safety waivers and training under a one-year term with up to two automatic renewals.
