District agrees to driveway and utility access terms

Begins on Effective Date in August 2026 and continues for so long as any City utility serving the Davis County Middle and Elementary Schools is located in or accessible via the Defined Area, unless terminated in writing by both Parties

Agreement is ongoing and intended to run with the land; the District’s obligations continue for as long as City utilities serving the schools are located in or accessible through the Defined Area unless the Parties execute a written termination or transfer responsibilities to a successor entity.
