The council is considering Ordinance 2026-0419 to support creation of a Culinary Institute of America Southeast campus in downtown Jacksonville. The measure would authorize negotiation of a term sheet and an economic development incentive package of up to $35,000,000 for capital and workforce development costs, subject to future agreement and funding approvals.
