East Helena plans to approve Task Order 31 with Robert Peccia & Associates, Inc. for up to $35,500 in design‑phase engineering services for the Wylie Well #3 pump replacement project. The work from February through September 2026 will cover hydraulic modeling, pump and generator design, control system updates, and preparation of construction documents under the City’s existing general engineering services agreement.
