Description
San Clemente plans to partner with the Army Corps of Engineers on a $25.5 million Coastal Storm Damage Reduction Project for Stage 2 of its sand replenishment program. The multi‑year effort will advance design beginning in FY 2026/2027 and is expected to place about 2 million cubic yards of sand near the City pier around 2029/2030, with federal grant funds covering most costs.
