The Town of Duncan approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Arizona Department of Transportation for an estimated $2.35 million project to build about 4,060 feet of ADA-compliant sidewalks along Main and High Streets. ADOT will bid and administer construction using federal funds, while the Town covers its matching share, right of way costs, and ongoing maintenance.
