Davenport renews downtown services deal with DDP

The City of Davenport approved a Downtown Services Agreement with the Downtown Davenport Partnership to provide garbage collection, parking ramp and Skybridge cleaning, and pocket park maintenance. The agreement establishes hourly billing rates and annual spending caps totaling up to $282,000 for core services plus $20,000 for curbline snow removal, starting July 1, 2026. Renewals are subject to future City Council and DDP approval.
