The Town of East Troy will consider hiring SEWRPC to conduct a wetland delineation at the end of Lake Lane on Potters Lake for a fee not to exceed $1,728. An associated intergovernmental agreement would address payment responsibilities and future use of the property by PLPRD if rezoning to P1 is supported by the results.
