Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency continues to implement a 2012 Deposit and Funding Agreement and Pre-Annexation Agreement with Stevenson Ranch Venture, LLC for the Legacy Village Development. The developer must reimburse all annexation-related costs and assumes future carrying costs for reserved water supplies if annexation is not completed by December 31, 2027.
