Description
Town of Windsor is partnering with Luther Burbank Center for the Arts (LBC) to enhance public art through a satellite installation of LBC's Sculpture Garden. The partnership includes LBC curating and negotiating with artists, covering artist stipends, transportation, installation, and deinstallation costs. The town will handle site preparation, low voltage lighting, insurance, and encroachment permitting. The sculpture installation is planned for Fall 2025, with a term lasting until Fall 2027.
