South Hadley entered an intermunicipal agreement with the City of Westfield, Fire District No. 1 and South Hadley Fire District No. 2 for regional emergency dispatch services through the Westfield Regional Public Safety Communications Center. The three-year agreement, largely grant-funded initially, transitions to a $200,000 annual fee structure and sets detailed operational, financial, and governance terms.
