Denton Independent School District entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Communities In Schools of North Texas to operate Texas ACE afterschool programs at six campuses. DISD will pay CISNT a total of $150,000 between August 1, 2026 and July 31, 2027 as a cost-share for administrative and programmatic services under the 21st Century Community Learning Center Cycle 12 grant. The agreement includes options for up to three annual extensions contingent on continued grant funding.
