The Crescent City Planning Commission approved Redwood Coast Transit Authority’s major site plan and architectural review for constructing a new Transit Center at 1000 Front Street. This includes a transit kiosk, bus bays, pedestrian and ADA improvements, and significant site redevelopment using over $4 million in state funding. Construction will start after design completion in 2027, with a lease through 2045.
