Description

Elgin and La Grande will execute a Mutual Billing and Compensation Agreement defining how ambulance billing and reimbursement are handled for single and dual-dispatch EMS calls, including Fire Med membership revenue sharing. The intergovernmental agreement runs for one year from its 2026 effective date and renews annually unless either city gives 90 days’ notice.
