Apple Developer Program agreement for FairlawnGig app

Through Resolution 2026-030, Fairlawn proposes to authorize Samuel Bartlett to enroll in the Apple Developer Program on behalf of the city to support development of a FairlawnGig mobile application. The agreement would enable deployment and management of the city's broadband service app on Apple platforms.
