Gatesville ISD entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Freedom Reins Counseling to provide on-campus counseling services for students from August 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. The district will reimburse the provider $50 per uninsured session, capped at $1,200 per month and no more than half of total students served.
